What To Expect
Here Are the Answers To Some Common Questions:
When we officially launch on August 9th, our service will be at 10am. For now, our Bible study starts at 1:30pm and is immediately followed by worship and then community. We wrap up around 2:45pm
Your kids and teens will be safe, cared for, and have a blast in a fun, age-appropriate group designed just for them. While you’re in the Bible study, they’ll be learning about Jesus in a way they can understand and enjoy. They have learning, worship, and community times, just like the adults.
When you arrive at Norterra Canyon School, you can park right in the main parking lot or the lot directly to the west of the school. Just look for our 180 signs, flags, and friendly team...they’ll guide you to the lobby, auditorium, and kids check in areas.
We didn't build 180 Church to put on a religious performance, so you can leave the Sunday best in the closet, unless that's the only way you feel comfortable. Come exactly as you are, whether that’s in shorts and a t-shirt, or carrying a lot of life’s baggage. The atmosphere is high-energy, genuine, and focused entirely on Jesus. We’re normal, everyday people who have experienced a radical turnaround, and we don't do fake.
When you pull up to Norterra Canyon School, you’ll see our team and signage directing you exactly where to go. If you have kids, you'll see our kids check in tent and kiosks right as you go through the front gate. Our 180 Kids team will get them securely checked into a safe, fun environment designed just for them. From there, head into the auditorium. Grab a free coffee and sweet treat on us. Service lasts about 60-70 minutes, features live music, and offers a practical, challenging message directly from the Bible. We don't do TED talks. No insider codes, no judgment, and no pressure.
This is where 180 church will start. We meet in a school because church isn’t the building, it’s the people, just like you see throughout the Bible. One day we will have our own building, but for now, this allows us to focus on reaching people and building community, not maintaining a facility.
